Karnataka High Court orders revised selection lists for Rural Drinking Water and Sanitation department jobs

Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court has directed the authorities to reconsider the revised provisional and final selection lists for the posts of Assistant Engineer Grade-1 in Rural Drinking Water and Sanitation department, prepared by applying the February 1, 2023, circular.

A division bench comprising Justices DK Singh and H Shanthi Bhushan passed this order while dismissing the petitions challenging the order passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal (KSAT) wherein the February 1, 2023, circular was quashed.
