KPSC row: Supreme Court stays Karnataka HC's order for setting up SIT to probe scam

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday stayed the Karnataka High Court's order September 21, 2026 order directing for setting up an SIT to conduct a de novo investigation into the KPSC recruitment scam.

A bench of Justices Manoj Misra and Vijay Bishnoi passed the order upon hearing senior advocates Kapil Sibal and Sidharth Luthra and Karnataka's Additional Advocate General Nishanth Patil.
