Accessibility statement

Each of these is asserted by an automated test that runs on every change to the code.

• Text contrast of at least 7:1. Stricter than the WCAG AA minimum of 4.5:1, for screens read in sunlight. The one exception is the number printed inside a coloured needs cell, which meets 4.5:1; every such cell also prints its value and has a table equivalent.
• Colour is never the only carrier. Framing bars carry a fixed position, a printed letter, a texture and the percentage as text.
• Pages reflow at narrow widths. Wide tables scroll inside their own container instead of pushing the page sideways.
• Visible keyboard focus. One focus outline, set once for the whole site and not cancelled by individual components.
• Touch targets of at least 44 pixels. Controls use a 55-pixel minimum.
• Telugu is marked as Telugu. Every Telugu passage carries lang="te", so screen readers switch voice and pronunciation.
• Reduced motion is respected. Animation and smooth scrolling are shortened site-wide when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Explicit paging, no infinite scroll. Lists load in pages you ask for, so the footer and your place in a list stay reachable.

Automated checks read the code and the stylesheet; they cannot hear a screen reader or see a phone in sunlight. Testing on real devices — VoiceOver and TalkBack, keyboard-only sessions, greyscale, slow connections — has been planned but not yet carried out, and no external audit has been made.
