Compliance

Grievances and disputes — November 2025

Every complaint we received in November 2025, what regime put a clock on it, and whether we met that clock. Counts only: nothing anybody wrote to us appears on this page, and the query behind it cannot return it.

Draft — pending legal review

The facts on this page are generated from the same code that runs the site. The wording has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, and sections marked “to be completed by counsel” are gaps, not omissions. Not yet reviewed.

The clocks

Which period applies is decided by what the complaint is about, at the moment it is filed, and is then fixed for that case. Changing this table later cannot move a deadline somebody was already given in writing.

What this page does not say

  • It publishes no complaint and no complainant. The report query returns counts and medians and has no access to the text.
  • A confidential direction, where one is received, is counted and never described.
  • An upheld measurement dispute is answered by re-reading the article under a new analysis version, recorded in corrections. No complaint edits a stored score.
  • Whether this site is a “publisher of news and current affairs content” under Part III is a question for counsel. The clock runs either way, which is the point of publishing it before the answer arrives.
